  • We can do a chart review, have questions answered, work with a presenting issue or dive into specific cycle health guidance

• Wanting to support a daughter or other female in their life

  • We can dive into menstrual/ovulatory cycle anatomy and physiology, what to expect when someone first starts to bleed, and/or other educational support for loved ones

• Working to optimize their fertility and hormone health with wellness and lifestyle support

Cost (60 min sessions):

• one session: $90

• 3-session package: $250

• 5-session package: $390
