Hi! I’m Lizzie, a Certified Fertility Awareness and Holistic Sexual & Reproductive Health Educator serving women's sovereignty. Dedicated to self-exploration, I’m passionate about supporting people in taking charge of their health, trusting their bodies and reclaiming their autonomy.
I work with others to help them better understand their ovulatory cycles so that they can be in deeper relationship with their bodies & rhythms, understand their fertile time to avoid or achieve pregnancy, and have informed & autonomous choice in their healthcare.
With a deep love of Ceremony, I lead rituals and hold spaces for us to honor our various life stages and our intelligent, timeless cyclical nature.
My Story
As long as I can remember, the idea of “work” has always been something that held pure and precious value. While I never had a clear answer to the question, “What do you want to be when you grow up?”, I knew my heart and my work couldn’t be separated. That just felt like fact.
As David Whyte puts it: "Work, among all its abstracts is actually intimacy, the place where the self meets the world". It’s where the self meets the world. This intersection of true authenticity and work in the world is where I’ve been most drawn and have found the most joy.
The human body has fascinated me since childhood. I used to flip through pages of thick anatomy books just to feel the amazement of what our bodies do! I still grieve the fact that I was never taught the incredible intelligence of my menstrual cycles when I was young. It wasn't until college, when I was determined to avoid pregnancy without hormonal birth control, that I learned about my cycle and, amazingly, to track it (thanks to my boyfriend's suggestion!).
My health journey has led me through deep gut healing, nutrition school, plant medicine work, birth doula training, and pelvic healing. Pregnancy and labor brought a whole new level of experience, and freshly postpartum I felt a call to delve deep into Fertility Awareness and Cycle Tracking. I completed a 10-month teacher training through FEMM, becoming a Certified Fertility Awareness Educator, and later pursued a two-year program to become a Holistic Reproductive & Sexual Health Educator through The Well: School of Body Literacy.
The study of Body Literacy and Fertility Awareness has deeply changed my life. Cycle Tracking has brought me in touch with the wisdom of my body and the genius of my cycles in ways I didn’t know possible. For me, this work goes beyond the physical as it deeply reconnects me to the mystery and magic we carry as womb-bearers. It reminds me of all the ones who came before, and all the ones yet to come.
My approach is gentle and spacious, filled with curiosity and honor. Deep reverence for Nature and the Earth guide me, recognizing our hormones and wellbeing move with the world around us. I welcome anyone who feels called to work together on this journey, wherever you are on the gender and sexual identity spectrum. I’m humbled and moved to be able to guide others on this walk to deeper embodiment and sovereignty.
Deep bows I offer to my teacher Sarah Bly, The Well, and all the forces that lead me to exactly where I am.
I currently live in Starksboro, VT with my partner, wild 4 year old son and sweet pup.
